Grace Gin has an ABV of 45,7%. On the nose it is juniper driven. At the same time this fresh-pine aroma combines perfectly with the presence of critamos and schinos. The pink pepper and cassia flavor are in the background while myrtle hints enhance this complex aromatic profile.
The palate is interestingly oily and robust. Both juniper and critamos are immediately to the fore, making a perfect match with the spicy character from coriander, pink pepper and cassia bark.
Grace Gin Icon has an ABV of 43,5%. It's a welcome addition to the Grace Gin portfolio, with an intense freshness and a unique distinctive flavour. We have revisited Greece's natural landscape to create another exceptional, 100% double distilled gin, combining some of the main botanicals of Grace Classic, including Kritamos (Rock Samphire), Orange Blossom & Cedar, and distilling them with Bergamot and Cypress Cones, to give a zestful
twist.
Grace Gin Icon goes exquisitely well with dry tonic and is one of the most refreshing, yet so high in alcohol volume drinks in the market.
